Dưa leo rửa sạch, có thể gọt vỏ hoặc giữ lại tùy thích, đem dưa leo cắt thành những miếng vuông nhỏ có kích thước khoảng 1cm. Tép khô nhặt sạch, rửa sạch giũ cho ráo nước. Hành tây bóc vỏ thái nhỏ hạt lựu. Ớt giã nát. Sau đó cho dưa leo, hành tây, ớt vào tô, thêm nước cốt chanh, đường và muối vào trộn đều.
Đun nóng 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn trong chảo, cho tép khô vào đảo đều cho đến khi tép khô chín vàng đều và thơm thì tắt bếp. Đổ tôm và dầu vào tô dưa leo trộn đều lên là có thể dùng. Salad dưa leo tép khô có thể ngon hơn nếu dưa leo được làm lạnh trước khi chế biến nhé!
